| 摘 要： | 旅游公共信息服务系统是智慧旅游建设的核心内容,也是解决和满足民众海量个性旅游需求的必然选择。在旅游日益大众化、个性化的趋势下,构建旅游公共信息服务系统势在必行。旅游公共信息服务系统包括四个子系统,即旅游公共信息平台系统,旅游信息指示系统,旅游交通服务系统和旅游咨询服务系统。通过这四个子系统的构建,可以满足游客对信息的方便查询以及自助游和自驾游游客对旅游信息的个性化需求。
