| 摘 要： | 针对工程硕士培养的特点,结合河北理工大学4年来的硕士培养管理工作中的实践经验。从制定切实可行的培养方案,选聘高质量的任课教师,灵活安排学习时间,狠抓学位论文工作等方面介绍了工程硕士培养质量保证措施。
