By clarifying the development of international capital movement theory systematically,this article has discovered that the international capital movement theory may be divided into three times ranging from the mercantilism period to the thorough development of economical globalization period.By mainly using the logical inference method,the first-generation theory conducts explanations on reasons and influences of the international capital movement.By using the modeling and mathematical tool methods,the second-generation theory focuses on revealing the law and levels of the international capital movement.The third-generation theory centers at the research on the intrinsic agent of financial turbulence elicited by the international capital movement in economic globalization.
