| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化形势下,地方农林高校面临着生源质量下降、教育教学资源紧缺、学生的主体地位体现不足等问题。论文从制定人才流动政策、分类建立评估标准、发掘教育资源、深化教学改革、实施导师制等方面提出了解决问题的有效措施。 |
