| Abstract: | Culture of university administration departments, in correspondence with university culture, is a service culture to promote the fulfillment of running functions of a university. It roots in university culture, and has its specific connotations. Service culture of university administration departments is composed of ideology, concepts, and the fulfillment of ideology and concepts in regulations and actions. Cultural construction of university administration departments is mainly supported by a scientific and insightful development strategy, a well structured and qualified administration team, and a practical and complete evaluation system. |
