高等农业院校“双能型”师资队伍建设

教师素质是影响高等教育水平和人才培养质量的关键因素之一,建设一支具有“双能”素质的教师队伍,是“双创型”人才培养和现代高等农业教育发展的必然要求.围绕提高教育教学质量,培养“双创型”人才,对高等农业院校师资队伍建设的现状进行了深入剖析,针对教师队伍中存在的实践教学能力不足,创新意识不强等限制教师教育教学能力的主要问题,提出了从师资引进、师资培养、生产实践锻炼、产学研实训、考核评价机制等方面建设“双能型”师资队伍的途径,为高等农业院校“双创型”人才培养提供师资保障.

The Construction of Teaching Staff with ＂Double Capacity＂ in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Teachers＂ quality is one of the most important factors that affects the educational quality, and construction of teacher team with ＂double capacity＂ is necessary to increase the education quality of ＂innovation and entrepreneurship＂ talents in agricultural colleges and universities. The status of teacher team and problems existing in high agricultural colleges and universities were completely analyzed. To solve the problems of insufficient practice teaching and deficient innovation ability in teacher team, as well as to construct high quality teachers with ＂double capacity＂, we suggest to reform the teacher recruitment, teacher training, practice teaching exercise, eo~operation of industry, education and academy practice, and evaluating and appraising system, thus providing necessary teaching staff for the training of ＂innovation and entrepreneurship＂ talents in agricultural colleges and universities.
