| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thought of administrative reform is based on the following three aspects: rich practice, the lesson from Wen Hua Da Ge Ming and a sense of urgency from contract between the developing countries and China, whose core is how to oppose the bureaucratism and clear away obstacle to the growth of productive force and whose major contents are to simplify the administrative structures, and separate the administrative affairs from the Party's. |
