我国产业科技创新与国际竞争力研究

随着知识经济社会到来,科技创新已成为提升产业国际竞争力与驱动经济增长的关键因素,只有掌握详细的科技与创新投资与产出的绩效信息,才能有效进行科技资源合理配置与控制,创造出更大的经济效益。一套适合我国的产业科技与创新竞争力的评价指标体系,应包括科技研发与创新投入面、创新过程面以及产出面等。从定量定性分析可见,我国必须激励并增加研发投资;重视与强化专利发展策略;积极推进产学研的改革,活化产学研互动的机制;积极鼓励原创性研发;协调投资与社会生态化发展的关系,实现社会真正的可持续发展。

A Study of China's Scientific & Technological Innovations in Industries and her International Competitiveness

As the knowledge economy era has come, scientific and technological(S & T) innovations become a crucial element in promoting international competitiveness of industries and in propelling economic growth.To achieve reasonable and effective configuration and control of S & T resources,which will bring about greater economic profits,we should obtain detailed information on the investment and output of S & T innovations.Any system of indicators for evaluation,which is fit for the S & T and innovative competitiveness of China's industries,should include S & T research and development(R & D),innovation development,innovation process as well as output,etc.From our quantitative and qualitative analyses,we conclude that investments should be encouraged and increased for S & T R & D in China;that more importance should be attached to patent development strategies;that reforms in production,learning and research should be actively pursued to activate an interactive mechanism between production,learning and research;that we should encourage original R & D;and that we should harmonize the relationship between investment and social ecological development in order to materialize real sustainable development.
