| 摘 要： | 容隐制度，作为对儒家“亲亲互隐”的道德观念的确认，在《唐律》中得到了完备而详尽的表述。容隐从一种观念变成一种制度，与国家权力相结合。然而，法律制度却并不能够承担起道德教化的任务。

| Abstract: | The system of kinship concealment, as confirmation of the moral idea of kinship concealment, has got particular statement in the Code of Tang Dynasty. In the Code of Tang Dynasty, the idea of kinship concealment is changed to be a system with the authority interfering in. But the system of law can not afford to take the responsibility of moral education. |
