高职院校顶岗实习防范机制研究

顶岗实习是高职院校学生必须经历的一项实践活动,然而,在实习过程中实习学生的伤害事故频繁出现,不仅给实习生本人造成了很大的影响,也影响到企业参与学校实习教学的积极性,对产学合作教学模式带来较大的负面影响。文章从实习前的制度建设、实习中的过程管理、发生安全事故后的处理机制三方面做了分析,探讨了顶岗实习的安全防范机制。

Higher Vocational Colleges School-Running Practice Prevention Mechanism Research

The reform practice in higher vocational colleges is the student must go through a practical activities,however in practice teaching process,students of frequent accidents,not only to intern I did a lot of influence,have also affected the enterprises to participate in the school the enthusiasm of the practice teaching,the teaching mode of production and learning cooperation bring great negative impact.This article from the before the practice of system construction and practice of process management,accidents of after processing mechanism are analyzed from three aspects,this paper discusses the reform practice security mechanism.
