中国特色公共外交理念探究

中国特色公共外交理念是指导中国公共外交实践的核心价值观和基本思想,是中国和平外交理念在公共外交领域的体现。与中国不同时期所面临的国际形势和中国的发展战略相适应,中国公共外交理念经历了一个嬗变的过程：从新中国成立后指导民间外交的＂和平共处＂理念发展到改革开放后＂向世界说明中国＂的＂和平发展＂理念,再发展到进入新世纪以来指导＂全面公共外交＂的＂和谐世界＂理念。在嬗变过程中,逐渐形成了以中国传统＂和合＂思想为核心的秉承＂以人为本＂、倡导＂和谐共赢＂的中国特色公共外交理念。
