关于加强高校师德建设的几点思考

文章指出当今世界竞争是人才的竞争,教育的竞争,高等学校是培育人才的摇篮,高校教师的道德素质直接影响着大学生的质量。教师的职业角色、学生的素质教育、学校的生存发展和校风学风的形成都决定了高校必须进一步加强师德建设。要搞好师德建设,必须建立一系列的长效机制,使教书育人真正变成教师的自觉行动。

On strengthening the moral construction of teacher in institution of higher learning

This passage points out that at present the competitions in the world are the ones among talent and education.An institution of higher learning is a cradle of talent`s culture,so a teacher`s moral quality have a direct influence on the quality of undergraduates.The professional part of teachers,the quality education of students,the existence and development of institutions and the formation of good atmosphere of university and study all determine that the university must do more on strengthening the moral construction of teacher.If we want to do well in moral construction of teacher,a series of long-term mechanism must be established,and moral teach must truly become the teachers' self-conscious act.
