| Abstract: | This paper begins with an analysis of the connotation of quality education. Then the author discusses the concept and the characteristics of quality education in an enterprise and differences and similarities between quality education and the enterprise employee training. In the end the author focuses on the significance to strengthen the enterprise employee's quality education. |
