| Abstract: | The time characteristics of the development of adult education include lifelong characteristic, all-civilians, network, and industrialization. With such advantages as students' studying voluntarily, flexible learning time, diversification of record and diplomas of formal schooling, and reasonable fee, the education of credit hour system accords with the time characteristics of the development of adult education. Therefore, the trend of the development of adult education is to carry out the credit hour system roundly. |
