| 摘 要： | 法治社会需要法治人格.自尊与尊他相统一的道德观念,法至上与人至尊相统一的精神理念,强烈的权利意识和深刻的权利本位观念,自觉的法治代价意识和高尚的奉献精神,是法治人格的构成要素;在法治人格的培养方面,实行良法之治是法治人格培养的法律启动,塑造守法精神是法治人格培养的基础工作,唤起权利意识是法治人格培养的核心工程,培养法治主体观念是法治人格培养的主体要件.

| Abstract: | A Society ruled by law requires the law and order personality of its citizens.The elements and features of the law and order personality are characterized by the unified and moral concepts of self respect and the respect for others,by the ideological integrity of the supremacy of the law and the dignity of man,by the strong sense of right and the profound right standard concept,by the consciousness of the cost of law and order,and by the noble devotion.In the cultivation of the law and order personality,to rule by proper laws is the legal start;to cultivate the sense of law abidingness is the basic work;to arouse the sense of right is the central project;and to develop the consciousness of a law and order subject is the subjective requirement. |
