关于修改完善《民族区域自治法》的几点思考

《民族区域自治法》的颁布实施成效巨大,但也存在着需要进一步加以完善的地方,建议对《民族区域自治法》进行修改,计划经济的痕迹要全面消除;民族自治地方的自治权要切实保障;对少数民族人口过半县要酌情帮扶;民族自治地方的政治权力结构要适当调整;民族贸易政策的享受要一视同仁;民族自治地方的主体地位要更加突出。
