高校“两课“教师激励机制构建的应对策略

摘    要:调动高校知识型“两课”教师工作积极性 ,最大限度的发挥他们的能力 ,实现高校“两课”培养目标的关键是构建科学有效的激励机制。当下构建这样的激励机制的应对策略有五方面内容 :一、形成平等参与“两课”教学与改革的合作伙伴关系理念 ;二、面向未来的师资队伍建设机制 ;三、提供足够大的成就实现机会空间 ,保持适度的竞争和压力 ;四、自主、创新和教学模式多元化的校园文化氛围 ;五、注重感情投资 ,增加人际沟通渠道 ,使学校人事管理更加富有人情味。

Abstract:Motivating working activeness of college's "twolesson" teachers toward knowledge, and developing their capability on large scale , the key factor that realizing college's "twolesson" aim is to set up inspiration system effectively and scientifically . At present, to form strategy to set up inspiration system as follows: (1) establishing the idea of cooperating partner that fairly participates and reforms "twolesson" teaching ;(2)establishing teacher personnel team toward the future;(3)providing enough opportunity to realize personal ideal and keeping proper competition and pressure;(4)culture atmosphere in campus toward independence creation and all-sided teaching pattern;(5)stressing on sentiment investment ,and increasing ways to communication in order to make personnel management more sentimental in campus.
