| Abstract: | There are many theories about method of comparative in academic research,but the research methodology of comparative law still remains to be precipitated.This paper,on the basis of elaborating the comparative research of legal cultures of ancient East and West,analyses generalized methodology of comparative law,and explains the specificity of comparation of legal cultures of the ancient East and West. |
