| 摘 要： | 1998年以后,CPI变化平稳,没有大的起伏。这种变化态势由多种因素共同决定,但是无论从年度数据还是月度数据来看,它与食品价格之间具有高度的相关性。食品价格变动3个百分点,CPI变动1个百分点。从2000年以后,食品价格对CPI的贡献率越来越大,食品价格的走势基本决定着CPI的走势,所以要判断CPI走势,必须准确把握食品价格趋势。据此,我们认为应该采取监测价格运行、保障粮食基本供给、调整收入分配政策等措施,以应对当前的通货紧缩。 |

| Abstract: | After 1998,the changes of CPI were steady which without any big undulation.This situation was determined by multi-common factors.But regardless the monthly or yearly figures showed,we got to know that it has high relativity with the price of food.That is the food price was changed about 3%,and the CPI was changed 1%.But after 2000,the contribution rate of food price was higher and higher;the grown trend of CPI is basically determined by the grown trend of food price.Thus,we must grasp the trend of food pric... |
