长江经济带城市碳排放的空间关联性研究

摘    要:以2014年长江经济带37个城市为研究样本,综合地理距离、经济水平、人口规模、碳排放量等因素构建长江经济带城市碳排放的空间关联网络,并通过社会网络分析对网络结构进行研究.主要分析结果表明:长江经济带城市碳排放空间关联网络的密度值不是很高,整个长江经济带能源流通效率较低;上海、南京、杭州等城市位于网络的中心位置,沪、苏、浙、皖四个地区在网络中发挥着积极的控制和调节作用;沪、苏、浙、皖各地区的城市之间存在着碳排放的溢出效应,长江经济带各子群的城市之间存在着能源资源流通现象,但流通范围较小.长江经济带城市碳排放的空间关联对于自身甚至全国碳减排机制的推进都具有深远的影响.因此,要在整体上把握能源流通和碳排放的传导机制,统筹长江经济带城市群落实低碳减排规划.

Abstract:Based on the research samples of 37 cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2014, this paper builds and studies the carbon emissions spatial correlation network through the social net-work analysis concerning geographic distance,economic level,population scale,carbon emissions and other factors.Main analysis results show that:(1)The density value of carbon emission spatial corre-lation network of cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is not high,the circulation of energy effi-ciency of the whole Yangtze River Economic Belt is relatively low;(2)Cities like Shanghai,Nanjing, Hangzhou are located in the center of the network.Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui play posi-tive roles in controlling and regulating in the network;(3)there exist spillover effects of carbon emis-sions among cities within each region of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui,and there exist cir-culation of energy resources among cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt in each subgroup,al-though the circulation range is small.City carbon emission spatial correlation network in Yangtze Riv-er Economic Belt has far-reaching impact on the promotion of carbon reduction mechanism not only in the region itself but nationwide,so we should grasp the energy circulation and conduction mechanism of carbon emissions on the whole to implement low carbon emission reduction plan along the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
