基于绿色理念的废旧汽车企业逆向物流绩效评价研究

摘    要:通过分析废旧汽车企业逆向物流流程及其绩效评价环境,结合企业逆向物流绩效评价的目的,以绿色理念为指导,提出废旧汽车企业的逆向物流绩效评价指标体系,构建基于GA-BP的废旧汽车企业逆向物流绩效评价模型,并以A企业为例进行实证研究.研究发现:废旧汽车A企业输出样本的实际值和仿真值基本一致,表明通过 GA优化BP神经网络模型可以提高仿真的精度,体现了指标选取和模型构建的有效性,可为解决废旧汽车企业逆向物流过程中存在的问题提供新思路,有助于废旧汽车产业的可持续发展.

Abstract:Based on analysis of the reverse logistics process and its performance evaluation environment of waste automobile enterprises,together with the enterprise's reverse logistics performance evalua-tion purpose,this paper proposes an evaluation index system of reverse logistics performance of waste automobile enterprises guided by green concept.It then builds an evaluation model of reverse logistics enterprises based on the performance of GA-BP used car,and takes enterprise A to conduct empirical studies.The study finds that the actual value and the simulation value of the output sample of enter-prise A is consistent,which demonstrates the effectiveness of the index system and the construction of the model by showing that the GA optimization BP neural network model can improve the accuracy of the simulation.Therefore,it provides new ideas to solve the problems in the reverse logistics of waste automobile enterprises and contribute to the sustainable development of the waste automobile indus-try.
