大数据驱动的企业与用户互动研发创新

大数据驱动的企业与用户互动研发创新的特征主要体现在驱动因素变革、互动主体变化、方法工具创新、领先用户与普通用户的大数据合作资产形成,及互动形式变化等五个方面.据此,提出大数据驱动的企业与用户互动研发创新能力-制度-方法-平台(CMMP)理论模型,研究认为:要实现大数据驱动的企业与用户互动研发创新,企业与用户互动创新动态能力需要与制度设计相匹配,基于大数据的知识抽取方法体系需要与支撑研发创新的大数据平台相匹配,且二者匹配形成的创新管理与创新技术互动迭代,构成大数据驱动的企业与用户互动创新机制的基础,在此基础上,推动企业与用户的价值创造,并实现企业与用户的创新绩效.为此,从政策上,政府亟待从大数据驱动视角重构国家创新体系,同时,企业需要从大数据视角进行创新人力资本积累.

Big Data Enabled Enterprise-User Interaction Innovation

Big data enabled enterprise-user Interaction innovation has five main characteristics:the re-formation of motivations,the changing ofinteraction actors,the innovation of methods and tools,the formation of big data collaborative assets with lead users and ordinary users,and the changing of in-teraction forms.Against these grounds,this paper proposed a theoretical model of big data enabled enterprise-user Interaction development innovation:the capacity-mechanism-methodology-platform (CMMP)model.According to the research,to implement the big data enabled enterprise-user Inter-action innovation,the firm-user interaction innovation dynamic capability should match the manage-ment system,and the big data based knowledge extraction methodology should match the big data based R&D innovation support platform,besides,the interaction and iteration of innovation manage-ment and innovation technology by the matching factors above form foundation for big data enabled firm-user interaction innovation.Based on that,big data enabled enterprise-user Interaction innovation facilitates value co-creation between firm and user,and achieve the innovation performance.Hence, on policy level,it is urgent for government to reconstruct the national innovation system from the big data enabled perspective,meanwhile,firms need to accumulate their innovative human capital from the big data perspective too.
