| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是全球性问题,也是区域性的重要问题。如何实现经济系统可持续发展,对湖南来说,同样是一个重大的问题,也是一个迫在眉睫的战略选择问题。湖南的可持续发展是中国可持续发展的一部分。以实证方法较全面地分析了湖南可持续发展的现状,就湖南如何实施可持续发展提出了一些政策建议。

| Abstract: | The problem of sustainable development is a global as well as an important regional problem. How to realize the sustainable development in the economic system, which is the part of China s and Hunan Province sustainable development, is also a momentous problem and a strategic problem to Hunan. This article completely analyses the reality of Hunan' s sustainable development by positive method and provides some political suggestions on how to practice it. |
