| 摘 要： | 目的对2005年至2009年收治并得到随访的77例老年股骨转子间骨折手术疗效进行临床分析,探讨手术方式的选择。方法 77例老年股骨转子间骨折患者根据病情采取不同术式。结果本组77例均正常切口愈合出院,随访时间6～18个月,平均9个月,骨折均愈合,其中患髋功能优良63例,可12例,差2例,总优良率83%。结论手术应根据患者的身体情况、骨折类型、固定器特点选择内固定治疗方法。
