| 摘 要： | 通过对凸轮形状及加工工艺的分析。找到了在三坐标数控铣床上加工批量圆柱凸轮的可行方案,并有针对性的采取对策,对三轴数控铣和加工程序进行了小小的改造和修改。从而解决了原来只能在四轴加工中心上加工,加工成本高且效率低的问题。

| Abstract: | This article aims at the analysis of concave wheel shaping and processing technology,and a practical solu- tion has been found to process a batch of cylinder concave wheel with the three-coordinate milling machine.Some changes and improvement have been made on the three-axis digitalized milling machine and the processing proce- dure.Therefore it has solved the problem of high cost and low efficiency of processing on the original four-axis pro- cessing machines. |
