| Abstract: | The Correct cognition for the social developing stage plays an important role in the establishment of developing line,guiding principle and policy.The leaders of the Soviet Union had problems in cognition which lost contact with reality,led to serious misjudgment and caused great harmfulness for the socialist causes of the Soviet Union and other nations. |
