| 摘 要： | 根据大连的实际情况,分析了大连成为东北亚区域金融中心的优势及制约因素,并有针对性地给出了建议。建议由五个部分组成,涉及经济发展、金融结构体系和良好的外部环境等。依据这些建议,大连完全能够成为东北亚区域金融中心。

| Abstract: | According to the current situation in Dalian,this paper analyzed the advantage conditions and limited factors of the constructing regional financial center,and put forward effective countermeasures.The countermeasures are formed by five parts,such as economic development,financial structure system,good external conditions,etc.On the basis of the countermeasures,Dalian must become northeast Asia's financial center eventually. |
