| 摘 要： | 高校领导体制是高等教育中最基本的政治制度。我国高等学校领导体制在不同时期有不同的形式,几经沿革,最终确定为党委领导下的校长负责制。我国50多年来的理论与实践探索结果表明,这是一条具有我国特色的、适合我国国情的高校领导体制。

| Abstract: | Higher school leadership system is a basic political policy in higher schools. Although the structure of the system varies in different periods, the president-responsibility system under the lead of China' s Community Party Committee has been chosen as the present system. Based on the achievements of theory research and practice during the past 5 decades, this it is a higher school leadership system with Chinese characteristic,fitting the situation of our country. |
