| 摘 要： | 以人为本的科学发展观是一种充满了马克思主义人文关怀的发展观,是马克思主义人文关怀在当代中国执政党的社会治理和社会发展理念中的生动体现。科学发展观在其贯彻和落实时关键也就是要时刻将人铭记于心,做到万物人为本,万事民为先。
