改革开放时期党的集中学习教育活动的历史与现实

党内集中学习教育活动是保持党的纯洁性、先进性,提高执政能力的党建活动。改革开放时期,党的集中学习教育活动主线突出,特点明显,成效显著。但由于活动所置身的背景要素的不断变动以各种各样主客观因素的影响,也和以往的集中学习教育活动相似存在着问题。今后活动的开展要从强化理论研究与创新入手、加大实践和实践探索力度、完善各种体制机制、抓好落实,使集中学习教育活动的开展更有成效。

The campaign of Intra-Party Intensive Education is a Party-building activity to maintain the Party＇s purity and advancement and to strengthen its governance capacity. During Reform and Opening-up Period, this campaign has highlighting main lines, prominent features and remarkable achievements. However, due to its changing context and a variety of subjective and objective factors, it has similar problems shared in the past educational activities of the focusing study. In order to make this campaign more effective, it is essential for future activities undertaken to do the following： start from enhancing the theoretical research and innovation; intensify practice and practical exploration; improve various institutional mechanisms and focus on the implementation.
