邓小平生产力政策思想研究

邓小平指出,生产力水平低下是我国贫穷落后的主要原因,我国要发展,社会主义要展现优越性,首先就要发展社会生产力,提高生产力水平。邓小平强调"以经济建设为中心"和"三个有利于"原则,提出了重视发展生产力的政策思想;强调"改革也是解放生产力",为生产力的发展扫除了体制上的障碍;强调"先富带动后富"和对外开放,为社会主义现代化建设提供了行之有效的政策和策略;强调"科学技术是第一生产力"和"尊重知识、尊重人才",为我国生产力的发展提供了理论支持和政策保证。

On Deng Xiaoping's Thoughts of Productivity Policy

Deng Xiaoping pointed out that the low level of productive force is the main reason for the poverty and backwardness in China; in order to develop China and demonstrate the socialist superiority, the first thing was to develop social productivity and raise its level.
