论中国人口逆淘汰：驳斥一个伪命题

本文对中国人口（素质）逆淘汰问题进行定性和定量的分析，认为不能简单的以城乡生育率的差异去考量人口的整体素质变化。人口的整体素质变动是一个动态的过程，以静态的、封闭的人口观点去看待人口素质问题必然得出与事实不相符合的结论。把城镇、农村人口当作两个封闭的群体。同时忽视农村人口素质快速提升的的现实，得出的中国人口逆淘汰的结论必然是一个伪命题。

On the Adverse of Population Quality in China:Refute A Pseudo-proposition

Using both quantitative and qualitative analyses to analyze the adverse of population quality of China, the article points out that we shouldn＇ t measure the whole population quality just based on the different fertilities between urban and rural areas. The change of the whole population quality is a dynamic process. If we treat this problem from the static and enclosed populating point of view, we will inevitably come to the conclusion which disagrees with the fact. Regarding the population of urban and rural areas as two static ones, and ignoring the fact that the quality of rural population is improving at a rapid rate,the conclusion that the adverse of population quality of China is in existence is certainly a pseudo-proposition.
