| 摘 要： | 新型农民合作组织的兴起是影响中国农村经济转型与发展的重要事件,基于对近30年新型农民合作组织兴起的制度根源和约束条件的分析,本文对新型农民合作组织的制度特征进行了深入的分析,尤其对公司领办型合作社的兴起进行了经济学解释,并提出了全要素合作和政府对农民合作组织进行制度补贴的概念,论文最后对新型农民合作组织的发展趋势和中国农村经济的转型进行了展望。
