| 摘 要： | ＂坚持以地域文化为基础,推进地方高师音乐教育课程建设＂是教育部对高师音乐教育本科课程建设提出的要求。本文以地方高师音乐专业特色人才培养模式为论题,阐述利用地域音乐文化资源,改革课程设置,培养特色音乐人才,为基础教育输送特色音乐师资,为地域音乐文化的传承培养接班人。
