| 摘 要： | 在分析我国中小企业融资结构的基础上,通过实证研究论证了我国中小企业当前仍然面临着较为严重的融资约束问题,提出中小企业应增强自身的资本形成能力,扩大内源融资;与银行、政府、大企业保持良好的合作关系,发展外源融资;拓展集群融资、集合发债等作为融资的创新基点,构建多元化的融资体系。
