| 摘 要： | 知情同意权赋予患者和受试者自我选择和决定医疗或实验的权利,是生命伦理学和生命法学的重要论题,有着丰富的内涵。随着我国生物技术的发展和人们权利意识的提高,知情同意权受到人们的关注,但在权利的赋权和维权过程中的一系列问题也逐渐显露出来。系统阐释知情同意权的来源、内涵,使其在中国文化背景下中国化。

| Abstract: | The right of informed consent,which gives the patients and subjects the right of self-selection and self-determination in medical service and experiment,is one of the most important topics in bioethics and life jurisprudence with rich intonation.In China,with the development of bio-technology and the improvement of the people's right consciousness,the right of informed consent has been arousing more and more attention,while many problems in giving and protecting the right appear.The origin and intonation of informed consent is explained systematically to make it characterized with Chinese features in under the cultural background of China. |
