白居易生平考辨三题

(1)白居易父母确为舅甥联姻,其母白陈氏为其父白季庚之姊陈白氏的女儿,这种婚姻关系在当时并不罕见,与其是否为胡化藩镇无关.(2)白居易曾与其早年情人湘灵有过一段实质上的婚姻关系,两人被迫分手可能是因为门第观念的束缚,早年情事对白居易诗歌创作有明显的影响.(3)白居易与杨氏夫人共生有五个子女,但仅女儿罗子长大成人,子女的早夭是白居易大量创作感伤诗与沉湎佛法的重要原因.

THREE TEXTUAL CRITICISMS OF BAI JUYI'S ALL LIFE

Bai Juyi's mother was the daughter of her father's older sister's. The marriage of his parents was not seldom at that time.(2)Bai Juyi had ever had an essential marriage with his lover Xiangling in his early years.They were forced to part maybe because of the yoke of the feudal mode of family status. The feeling influenced Bai's poetry creation obviously.(3)Bai and his wife Yangshi had five children.But only the daughter Luozi grew up. The dead of children at young ages is the important reason why Bai created a large number of sorrowful poems and was given to Buddhism.
