| Abstract: | The paper discusses the significance and function of developing counselor's team in a professionalized way.It is suggested that we set up a mechanism for training the counselor's team,perfect the design of the mechanism,and formulate the career planning for counselors,so that we can develop the counselor's team sustainably and healthily. |
