陶渊明与中国古典文学之菊花意象的文化建构

陶渊明之前的中国古典文学中,＂菊花＂仅仅是一个一般的文学意象。到了陶渊明这里,＂菊＂成了一个特立的审美意象。之后,＂菊花＂逐步形成了习用的文学意象。在中国古典文学之＂菊花＂意象的建构过程中,陶渊明至少在如下几个方面起了重大作用：一是＂菊＂的南方诗学意象建构;二是＂菊＂的田园旨趣美学建构;三是＂菊＂的隐逸象征系统建构;四是＂菊＂的重阳话语建构。陶渊明与菊意象形成了一种符号化和被符号化的关系。

Tao Yuanming and the Cultural Construction of Chrysanthemum Image in Classical Chinese Literature

Before Tao Yuanming, ＂ chrysanthemum＂ was no more than an ordinary image in classical Chinese literature. Through Tao＇s creation, the ＂ chrysanthemum＂ became an aesthetic image with particular connotations. Since him it gradually evolved as a conventional literary image. In the construction of the ＂ chrysanthemum＂ image, Tao Yuanming played great roles in at least following respects：（ 1） ＂chrysanthemum＂ as a poetic image of the south;（ 2） ＂ chrysanthemum＂ as a pastoral sign;（ 3） ＂chrysanthemum＂ as a symbol of seclusion; and（ 4） ＂ chrysanthemum＂ as a discourse of Chongyang festival. In the end, an interrelation of symbolization agent/symbolization vehicle was developed between Tao Yuanming and chrysanthemum image.
