| 摘 要： | 文化发展的价值目标是实现文化创新的关键因素。文化创新必须以人的全面发展、共同理想和社会主义道德体系为基本价值目标。确立以人为中心的发展观,创造条件实现人的全面发展;在全国各族人民中形成建设富强、民主、文明社会主义现代化国家的共同理想;从道德规范和道德主体两个方面建构和完善社会主义道德体系。

| Abstract: | The value objective of cultural development is the key factor for cultural innovation. Cultural innovation must take man's all - round development, common ideals and socialist value system as its basic value objectivses. It should establish man - oriented development concept, create conditions to realize man s development in an all -round way, develop among the people of all nationalities a common ideal of building a prosperous, democratic, civilized and modernized socialist country,and set up and perfect the socialist moral system from the aspects of moral standards and moral subject. |
