| 摘 要： | 邓小平在总结中国共产党建设历史经验的基础上，适应中国特色社会主义建设伟大实践的客观需要，把党的制度建设的重要性提到了前所未有的高度，并赋予党的制度建设以极其深刻而丰富的内容，进一步发展了马克思主义的党建学说，从而为党的事业的健康发展提供了根本保证，对我国社会主义政治文明建设产生了深远影响。
