| 摘 要： | 根据高等院校扩招后 ,数量问题解决了 ,但质量问题暴露出来了这一现实 ,提出了高校应采取和建立有效的激励和约束机制 ;优化教师队伍结构 ,提高教师综合素质 ;更新教育观念 ,运用现代教育技术 ,改变教学手段 ;完善教学质量监控网络等对策 ,使高校教学质量得以保障。

| Abstract: | With policy of the expansion in enrollment being carried out, there has been a growing number of students in colleges and universities. How to improve educational quality problems? In order to ensure educational quality, college and universities should adopt the following measures: (1)establishing effective systems of motivation and of control; (2)rationalizing the structure of teaching staff and elevating comprehensive quality of the teachers; (3)renovating educational ideas and applying modern educational technology to improving educational means; (4)perfecting monitoring network of educational quality. |
