| 摘 要： | 由于受应试教育负面影响和学校在教与学的过程中对学生语言表达能力的培养重视不够 ,致使学生的语言表达能力存在诸多的缺陷或不足 ,这削弱了这些院校毕业生的就业竞争力 ,要全面贯彻素质教育 ,就必须重视大学生语言表达能力的培养 ,以全面提高大学生的整体素质和在市场经济中的就业竞争的胜出率。

| Abstract: | Due to the unfavourable influence of education solely for the preparation of examination, the cultivation of college students' ability of expression is ignored in teaching, which leads to deficiencies in college students' ability of expression, and has weakened the graduates' competitiveness for employment. Therefore, in order to implement quality-oriented education in an all-round way, college students' ability of expression in Chinese language must be emphasized, so as to promote their all-round development and enhance the graduates' successful behaviour in competition for employment in market economy. |
