| 摘 要： | 按照Brown和Levinson的理论,面子是一个人在公众面前想要维护的自我形象。在交际过程中,人们要彼此维护对方的面子才能确保交际的成功,网络聊天也不例外。文章通过对所搜集到的88个网络聊天活动中187个消极礼貌策略的运用进行了调查研究,重点分析了消极礼貌策略的5种主要语言体现形式及其特点。
