| 摘 要： | 本文以对股权结构和公司治理之间的关系的理论分析为基础，通过对我国上市公司股权结构的实证研究，揭示我国股权结构对公司治理机制的作用方式，并通过在参考国外最新研究成果的基础上构造实证检验模型，从而对我国上市公司股权结构的合理安排提出构想。

| Abstract: | This paper aims at examining the intrinsic sources, which cause the inefficiencies of the Chinese corporate governance, and puts forward a comprehensive framework for the optimization of corporate ownership structures by analyzing the characteristics of ownership structures of the Chinese listing companies. The standpoints in the paper are illustrated, proved and tested qualitatively and quantitatively by means of statistics and econometrics methods. |
