论教育规律下的高职开放教学

教育规律在本质上就是开放结构中的自在状态，高职院校开放性教学具有要素的开放性、过程的开放性、方法的开放性以及评价的开放性。开放教学是高职院校在遵循教育规律的前提下的一种必然趋势与选择。开放教学在属性特点上与教育规律的属性特点具有一定的相似性。教育规律要求高职教学必须与外界保持一种适度的张力，开放教学目的和基本做法符合教育规律的根本要求。积极践行高职开放教学，就是如何让高职教学更加符合教育规律的要求。吃透教育规律，进行开放教学设计；全方位推进开放教学，各要素协调发展；把握开放教学的实质，克服形式主义；以借助开放的教，推进开放的学都是为了遵循教育规律推进开放教学可以采取的策略。
