新时代大学生责任伦理价值生成与培育研究

责任伦理是强调对自我行为结果负责任的一种品质,更是人类存在与价值认同的基本要求。在自我与家庭、与集体、与国家、与社会之间,要对自我"有规定"、"有使命"。十九大报告强调"社会责任意识、规则意识、奉献意识",对于青年人,更应该建树责任伦理操守。探讨当代大学生责任伦理现状及问题,分析其缺失的成因,明晰大学生责任伦理价值生成意义,着重从自我管理、思想政治素养提升、优秀传统文化精神培育等方面提出完善路径。

The generation and cultivation of the ethical value of college students' responsibility in the new era

Responsibility ethics is a quality that emphasizes being responsible for the results of one''s own behavior, and it is the basic requirement of human existence and value recognition. One has to be responsible for his or her family, team, country and the society. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized "awareness of social responsibility, awareness of rules, and awareness of dedication". For young people, it is even more important to establish responsibility ethics. This paper discusses the current situation and problems of contemporary college students'' responsibility ethics and analyzes the causes of their lack, clarify the meaning of college students'' responsibility ethics value generation to put forward a perfect path for self-management, ideological and political improvement, and the cultivation of excellent traditional cultural spirit.
