| 摘 要： | 党的十八大报告提出建设"美丽中国",而实现自然资源生态文明是建设美丽中国的重要途径。本文阐述了建设美丽中国与自然资源生态文明的关系,分析了目前我国建设生态文明所面临的法律制度问题,并且提出回应这一问题的关键是寻求私法上的制度以实现对自然资源的保护性利用,而以生态经济学为视角构建的自然资源保护地役权制度能够发挥积极作用。

| Abstract: | Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward ＂building a beautiful country＂. Achieving ecological civilization of natural resources is an important way and responsibility to ＂building a beau- tiful country＂. This paper describes the relationship of ＂building a beautiful country＂ and ecological civilization of natural resources and three challenges of ＂building a beautiful country＂ for our country now. The solution to this question is to protect and utilize natural resources in the system of private law. From the ecological economics perspective, conservation easements of natural resources can undertake this important mission. |
