风险社会灾疫后重建的社会伦理思考

灾疫一旦发生,就面临重建。灾疫后重建,涉及物理和精神两个领域,因而其重建必要接受符合全球生态化的和可持续生存式发展要求的伦理引导与规训。具体论之,当代灾疫后重建应接受"以人为本"、"生命至上"之伦理理念指导,以灾疫民人人安居乐业为现实生活目标,以灾疫区生境化并成为生态文明建设的先行示范区为社会发展目标。基此双重要求,当代灾疫后重建必须遵循民权原则、生生原则和协调原则,将重建环境生境和家园精神体系作为可持续生存式发展过程;在这个过程中全面引导灾疫民学会感恩,学会敬畏,学会善待一切和珍视一切。前者是灾疫后重建的首要社会方法,后者是灾疫后重建的基本社会方法。

Social Ethical Consideration on the Reconstruction of Risky Society after Calamities & Pestilences

In the event of calamities & pestilences,reconstruction is inevitable.The reconstruction after the calamities & pestilences,refers to the physical and spiritual areas,and thus the reconstruction is necessary to accept the ethics discipline meet the requirements of global ecologization and sustainable living development.Specifically the reconstruction should accept the ethical guidance of "People-oriented","Life first",take the disaster infected people living and working peacefully as its real life goal,and the social development goal is to make the disaster affected areas habitat and the first demonstration area of ecological civilization construction.The reconstruction must follow the livelihood principle,life principles and the principle of coordination,take the reconstruction of the environment,habitat and home spirit as a sustainable living development process;and the gratitude education,reverence education as well as cherishing education run through this process.The former is the primary social method of reconstruction after the calamities & pestilences,and the later is the basic social method of the reconstruction after the calamities & pestilences.
