| 摘 要： | 30年来,深圳的一举一动充当了中国社会经济发展的晴雨表,甚至上升为政治性的价值符号。从政府绩效评价的视角来看,三十而立的深圳,社会经济发展居全国前列,但为不可复制的范本;特殊政策与地缘优势边际效应趋于为零;社会经济问题与全国相近相类,部分矛盾更为尖锐。发展的路向和动力源自政府管理的变革,民主导向下的政治体制改革与创新是绕不开的路径。
